We provide ICT infrastructure services primarily to schools using SA-SAMS and other school administration systems. Our services include network and connectivity solutions, system performance optimisation, backup and disaster recovery solutions, and related technical support aimed at improving the reliability, performance, and resilience of the infrastructure that supports these systems. Services are limited to ensuring reliable access to authorised systems through network configuration, troubleshooting, and related technical support.
No application data is accessed, modified, or administered.
All application access, data entry, and data management are performed only by authorised client personnel.
You agree to use our Service responsibly and lawfully. You must not:

• Attempt to access systems or data without proper authorisation
• Introduce viruses, malware, or harmful software
• Use our Service for any illegal or unauthorised purpose
• We reserve the right to suspend or refuse services where these Terms are violated.
  

2. Software, Systems, and Data Ownership

All software, applications, systems, and data remain the property and responsibility of the client or the relevant governing authority. Nonkosi Tech does not assume ownership, custodianship, or administrative responsibility for any application or data.

3. Removable Media (USB and External Storage)

The use of removable storage devices (including USB flash drives or external drives) is subject to the client’s approval and policies, and must be provided by the client. Nonkosi Tech does not supply media for software or file transfer.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, logos, graphics, and software, is owned by Nonkosi Tech or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.

5. User-Provided Information

If you provide information, feedback, or content to us (for example, via contact forms, service requests, or communications), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use it solely for the purpose of delivering or improving our services. You remain responsible for ensuring such content does not violate any law or third-party rights.

Nonkosi Tech respects your privacy and processes personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013 (POPIA), and other applicable laws. We take reasonable measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. Nonkosi Tech does not access, modify, or administer client application data unless expressly authorised or required by law.

Payment, cancellations, refunds, and any applicable service credits are governed by our Refund Policy. By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Where any provision of the Refund Policy conflicts with these Terms regarding refunds or cancellations, the Refund Policy will apply to those matters.

While reasonable care and professional standards are applied, we do not guarantee that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every environment.
